Within the nonwovens production process, A.Celli’s technologies are focused on the formation and handling of finished reels, with core operations such as winding, slitting and rewinding. This offering is complemented by turnkey lines for lamination, printing, impregnation and treatment and 3D embossing, as well as automated intralogistics solutions including material handling systems, AGV, AMR and automated warehouses.

The company will await visitors at stand No 2130 to talk about its world-renowned solutions for nonwoven production and to show recent developments created in collaboration with selected technology partners.

Among the highlights, VoluMAX³, developed together with Saueressig, is designed for offline 3D embossing and aperturing within a single integrated process step, offering new opportunities in product structure and functionality.

Also featured is ReelMAX 360, engineered in cooperation with Andritz Diatec, a system that automates the transfer and loading of film and nonwoven reels from warehouse systems directly to converting lines for hygienic products.

Finally, the stand will also include intralogistics technologies developed by Smartlogistix, with two Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), AMR-X and AMR-FX, on display within the exhibition space. These solutions support automated material handling and contribute to more efficient and traceable production flows.
