A disposable incontinence pad, comprising: a main body having integral upper and lower portions, the upper and lower portions separated by a single weakened line of separation; an absorbent incontinence member positioned wholly on the lower portion, the absorbent incontinence member being irremovably affixed to the main body; and a single support and lifting member forming the entirety of the upper portion, the upper portion integrated with and separable from the lower portion along the single weakened line of separation, wherein the main body is a generally T-shaped body, the separable support and lifting member forming first and second arms of the T-shaped body.
