Chase Machine & Engineering’s FS-90 Ultrasonic Fabric Sealing System is a stand-alone system that enables flexibility and tight turns in sealing and/or cutting and provides unobstructed view of the fabric in the processing areas. The system can “sew” and/or slit woven and nonwoven manmade thermoplastic materials without needle or threats. Sealed edges with not stitch holes prevent the penetration of chemicals, liquid, blood pathogens of particulates.

Additionally, Chase offers an Ultrasonic cut-to-length machine for woven and nonwoven materials. This system provides a clean, sealed edge with little or no dust particulate; allows the use of a pattern-sealing anvil prior to cutting to provide a finished of hemmed look. Two layers of materials can be folded to ether to form a pouch of pocket.
