Wisdom Greentech Company Limited has completed installation of a 4.2 meter Trützschler dual-carding air-through nonwoven production line in Jianyang District, Nanping City, Fujian Province, China. This new line, reportedly the world’s first of its width, will significantly improve key performance areas of air-through carding nonwovens such as softness, uniformity and air permeability. It will also enable stable production of fibers as low as 0.6- and 0.4- denier for air-through carding nonwoven, further securing Wisdom Group’s leading position in offering ultra-fine denier, ultra-softness and environmentally friendly nonwovens.
The company held a grand opening ceremony for the new line earlier this month, which was attended by industry experts and supply chain partners, representatives of the Household Paper Professional Committee of the China Paper Association, the government officials from the Jianyang District and professors from China’s top renowned universities specializing in nonwovens, as well as Sunshine Yang, chairman of Wisdom.
At the ceremony, the representative of Trützschler Group presented a commemorative nameplate inscribed with “The 100th and 101th Air-through Carding Machines Made in China” to Wisdom Group, affirming its status as Trützschler’s global core partner.
The addition of the new production line brings Wisdom’s air-through carding nonwoven capacity above 45,000 tons and represents Wisdom’s entry into a new era of ultra-wide width, high efficiency and eco-friendly nonwovens
