Vivos Holdings, LLC, a portfolio company of Emprise Group Inc, announced that it will combine operations with Nice-Pak Products, creating one of the world’s largest solutions partners supporting brand owners and retailers with healthful living products.

Richard Koulouris, chairman and chief executive officer of Emprise, said the merger will “broaden the combined company’s portfolio of private brand and co-manufactured hygiene and personal care products, extend its geographic footprint into Europe, and accelerate product development with industry-leading innovation capabilities.”

In other news, Ontex Group, an international developer and producer of personal care solutions, is advancing its sustainability journey with the introduction of bio-based superabsorbent polymers (bioSAP) in its diapers, with an initial rollout in selected products.
