Griffin Care, a U.S.-based manufacturer of disposable absorbent products, has completed a strategic acquisition to expand its production capacity at its Bridgeton, NJ facility.

The investment strengthens Griffin Care’s manufacturing platform and enhances its ability to support private label and contract manufacturing programs across the pet care and incontinence categories.

“This is a focused investment in our core capabilities,” says Shawn Naim, president of Griffin Care. “We continue to see strong demand from both existing and new partners, and this expansion allows us to meet that demand with greater scale while staying true to how we operate.”

Founded in 1984, Griffin Care has built a reputation for reliable, high-quality production of pet training pads, incontinence underpads, and repositioning pads. The company has experienced strong growth across its core categories in recent years, with revenue approximately doubling since the beginning of the decade, and is positioned to continue that pace of growth as it scales its operations. This expansion enables the company to increase output while maintaining the consistency and performance its customers expect.
