Elsner Engineering has added to its sales and customer service teams.

Johnny Little was recently appointed sales engineer and will be covering the Central Region and Canada. Little’s background spans over 25 years of working with capital equipment and its supporting technologies in nonimpact processes within the printing industry.

Holly Laughman is Elsner’s new Customer Service Coordinator. Her duties include handling the scheduling of new machine startups and training and will be the main point of contact for customers when they call in with service related issues. She came to Elsner with 13 years of customer service experience applied across a variety of industries with time focused on sales and customer service in contract and electrical manufacturing.
