December Online Auction to Offer Nonwoven Manufacturing Equipment

TCL Asset Group Inc. has been awarded the contract to manage the sale of surplus assets of Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Composites Canada Inc.’s Guelph facility. The Timed Online Auction is scheduled to end December 10, 2025.

The sale features a complete Dilo Temafa SymaLITE semi-finished thermoplastic composites production and finishing line, including well-maintained 2006 nonwoven textile fleece equipment at the front of the line. The equipment was designed to process polymer-based fibers with or without glass fiber. The back end of the line includes well-maintained 2006 lamination equipment with Oven (lengthened +2 0m in 2018) and Thermofix equipment. The equipment was uniquely designed to process a thermoplastic composite polymer-based nonwoven fleece into a semi-consolidated sheet. 

The sale also includes large quantities of raw materials, material handling assets, and other plant support assets. The complete catalog is now posted, and bidders are invited to register and bid online.
