The start-up of A.Celli’s E-Wind Sonic supplied to the Chinese producer Allmed Medical Products Co., Ltd. took place on schedule and machine performance are in line with expectations.

Allmed Medical Products signed the acceptance of the equipment following the start up of the A.Celli slitter rewinder, with results that greatly satisfied both companies.

A.Celli’s scope of supply includes:

• E-Wind Sonic slitter rewinder with a width of 4600 mm and design speed of 1500 mpm
• Automatic shaft handling system with robot and manual positioning of pre-cut cardboard cores

The slitter rewinder has been installed downstream of a Reicofil line dedicated to the production of 12-120 gsm spunbond which already provides for an A.Celli E-Wind Wave master roll winder.
