A.Celli E-WIND solutions and a tailor-made R-WAY automatic packaging system are key equipment of the new meltblown production line for filtration applications in Weidach, Germany. Gessner, a leading company in the manufacturing of filter media, selected A.Celli for a new supply of key equipment destined to the meltblown production line located in Weidach, Germany which will produce the latest generation of filter media required by HVAC, air purification, life sciences, and transportation industries.

The scope of supply, which includes an E-WIND NON-STOP shaftless unwinder, an E-WIND NEXUS winder and a tailor made R-WAY® packaging system with robot, has been carefully chosen on the basis of the material to be processed.

The NEXUS winder, is particularly suited to process soft nonwovens while preserving their characteristics in terms of bulkiness, filtration properties and quality, from inner to outer layers of the reel.

The fully automatic customized packaging R-WAY Slittopack is designed to manage different dimensions finished reels coming from two different production lines.
