Baby wipe system features a patented mechanism that locks the dispenser to a changing surface to dispense one wipe at a time

Biom has launched the Biom One-Handed Wipe Kit for the baby wipes category. The new system is designed around clean ingredients, convenience and thoughtful design.
The wipes are made from thick, durable plant-based fibers that hold up through diaper changes without tearing, while remaining gentle enough for sensitive skin. The formula’s short, transparent ingredient list, free from fragrance, dyes, drying-alcohols, parabens, phthalates and PFAS, reflects a formulation philosophy rooted in purity and consistency rather than filler. Hypoallergenic and dermatologist-tested, they replace conventional polyester materials with biodegradable fibers that leave no microplastic trace.
At the functional center of the system is the QuickLock Base, a patented mechanism that locks the dispenser to a changing surface to dispense exactly one wipe at a time with a single hand. It’s a fix that sounds straightforward but solves a frustration parents have accepted as “part of the job.” The refillable dispenser is designed to stay anchored during use, cut down on single-use plastic waste, and keep wipes sealed fresh between changes with its magnetic airtight lid.
The dispenser itself reflects Biom’s design-forward approach. With a minimalist silhouette and soft-touch finish, it’s built to sit on the changing table rather than be stashed away, an object designed to complement a modern nursery rather than clutter it.
“Wipes are one of the first things that touch a baby’s skin, and they’re used dozens of times a day from the moment they enter the world. And yet most wipes are still made with fibers that include polyester, essentially plastic, along with ingredient lists that nobody is really explaining to parents,” says Will Gahagan, founder and CEO of Biom. “Biom is for the parent who reads the label, gets frustrated when five wipes come out instead of one, and wonders why something this basic hasn’t been designed better.”
Since launching, Biom has been steadily expanding its vision of a better wipes industry, introducing all-purpose cleaning wipes, flushable wipes, hand sanitizing wipes and disinfecting wipes designed around cleaner ingredients, better dispensing, and thoughtful design. With the launch of baby wipes, the company is bringing that same approach to one of the most sensitive and heavily used products in the category. Biom’s bet is that modern families want better products, but they shouldn’t have to pay luxury prices to get them.
Individual refill packs start at $3.99, with lower pricing available in multi-pack formats. The Biom One-Handed Wipe Kit, which includes the refillable dispenser and two packs of wipes, is available at Target for $29.99, with a variety of other dispenser options and refills available at getbiom.co.
