Correction: Telasis Teksil Continues A.Celli Collaboration

Nonwovens manufacturer to install E-WIND supply, E-WIND rapid slitter rewinder on ATB line

Earlier this week, Nonwovens Industry incorrectly reported that Telasis Tekstil is investing in a new spunlace line. In fact, Telasis Tekstil has already commissioned a carded thermobonding line designed to process carded materials with basis weights from 10 to 80 gsm and web widths up to 3600 mm, delivering products for the textile clothing, artificial leather, and hygiene industries.

Telasis Tekstil, part of the Hassan Group, collaborated with A.Celli Nonwovens on this investment. The company recently signed the acceptance of a new A.Celli supply consisting of an E-WIND Stream winder and an E-WIND rapid slitter rewinder as well as the DSS – Defect Stop System, an integrated solution for defect tracking and reel segregation.

The collaboration between A.Celli Nowovens and Hassan Group has a long and solid history. Since the very first project in 1995 which involved the supply of an AC4 winder and an AC710 slitter rewinder, both still in operation at Telasis, the professional relationship has grown stronger over the years, extending to other group companies such as Merkas Tekstil and Pelsan, and culminating in this latest installation.

“There’s a reason we keep coming back to A.Celli after all these years – they deliver what they promise and stand behind their work,” says Ali Sisman, of Telasis. “The installation was smooth, our people felt supported throughout, and we’re already seeing good results in our daily operations. When you find a partner you can trust, especially in our industry where downtime costs money, you stick with them. This project reinforced why that relationship works so well for both companies.”
