A new company, combining the sales and marketing efforts of several international companies, has been formed under the name Nonwoven Machinery USA LLC. These include Willson Knowles and Sons, a U.K.-based specialist in the tearing and recycling of natural and synthetic fibers; Tatham Ltd., a U.K.-based manufacturer of weight control systems, lab and sample test lines and rebuilt line control systems; Texnology, an Italian maker of high speed profiling crosslappers, needlelooms and other equipment and Innovative Nonwoven Technologies, an Australian maker of VLS vertical lapping systems.

The company, which has agents in the U.S., Mexico, the U.K., Europe, South Africa and Australia, will announce other machinery partners coming weeks. The group is able to supply a complete range of turnkey nonwovens machinery lines for specific customer needs.
