vmGenesis® Electric Applicators have been specially designed to work with the high viscosity adhesives typically present in the hygiene disposable product manufacturing processes. vmGenesis® modules are electrically operated, which not only eliminates the need for a pneumatic control air but also benefits from a design free of dynamic seals, allowing a module life expectancy of over 2 billion cycles. The applicators feature a modular design and a high efficiency Air Heater independently controlled for a better process adjustment. Their angled manifold design helps reducing the air turbulence caused by high-speed moving webs, improving the adhesive pattern stability.
