Curt G. Joa, Inc. (JOA), a global machine manufacturing company, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Cellulose Converting Solutions, SpA (CCS), one of Italy’s major machine manufacturers. The transaction will mark a significant milestone in Joa’s strategy to strengthen its presence in Europe and expand its global footprint with a more complete machine offering to better serve customers in that region and globally.  The transaction is expected to close in fall 2025, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.

Based in Sheboygen Falls, WI, Joa also has a Mayen, German operation acquired from Bikoma in 2015.
