Vivos Holdings, LLC, a portfolio company of Emprise Group Inc, announced that it will combine operations with Nice-Pak Products, creating one of the world’s largest solutions partners supporting brand owners and retailers with healthful living products. “This transaction will be a seamless transition for our respective customers,” says Richard Koulouris, chairman and chief executive officer of Emprise. “This will broaden the combined company’s portfolio of private brand and co-manufactured hygiene and personal care products, extend its geographic footprint into Europe, and accelerate product development with industry-leading innovation capabilities.” As a global leader, the combined company will be well-positioned to drive growth with top retail and consumer-packaged goods customers across the globe. “We are thrilled to welcome Nice-Pak to the Emprise family of companies as part of Vivos,” says Koulouris. “This partnership allows us to further diversify our investment portfolio, enhance our existing investments in the health, hygiene and personal care manufacturing sector, and deliver greater value for our customers and employee-owners.” Founded in 1957 with headquarters in Pearl River, NY, Nice-Pak is a leading global producer of wipes that deliver health and wellness. Nice-Pak has a long history of providing innovative solutions, including the Original Wet-Nap wipes for foodservice and the first resealable baby wipes travel pack. Today, the company employs over 1500 people in the U.S. and Europe. “We are excited to join the Emprise family of companies,” says Gary Giles, chief executive officer of Nice-Pak. “Being part of this combined organization will diversify Nice-Pak’s business, accelerate our growth plans, continue the investment in our associates and further our commitment to being a leading provider of innovative solutions that allow consumers to live cleaner, healthier lives.” The transaction is expected to close in August, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
