In addition to reaching an annual production capacity of 61,500 tons, Beijing Dayuan has continuously optimized its production process, reduced workforce through automation, established a comprehensive data analysis system, and achieved automation, cloud technology guidance and traceability of the production process.

For example, aperturing air through topsheet conveys a soft and skin friendly feeling with rapid liquid infiltration, while the 0.8 denier air through diaper outcover conveys a delicate and silky touch. These products have been well received by consumers around the world, according to the company.

To help fuel innovation, Dayuan has established an innovation center in Yangzhou, which is guided by market demand with a focus on process innovation and product innovation activities, in order to maintain a leading position in the hygiene industry. In the future, Dayuan will continue to invest in R&D, creating a comprehensive innovation system that includes product innovation, design innovation, quality innovation, service innovation and other aspects. These efforts will not only focus on China but will expand the company’s reach globally.
